Not really a Bio

Poetry for me did not begin in School. I hated poetry in school. No idea what it was for. Why learn a sequence of words so you can write that sequence back out later? No idea.

Poetry began when life started to stir the pot that had always been there. That and mindfulness. Mindfulness allows me to express what would otherwise just stay hidden.

I have lived most of my adult life in Glasgow.

I have worked in the NHS for over 30 years.
